History teacher
My passion for history began at a young age, fueled by stories of fun historical events, heroic people and tales of remarkable individuals who shaped the course of humanity. This fascination led me to pursue a degree in history, where I immersed myself in the study of diverse cultures, pivotal events, and enduring ideas that have molded our world. After completing my undergraduate studies, I felt compelled to deepen my knowledge and share my passion with others. I embarked on a Master's program in History, where I focused on history of the 19th century. This experience expanded my understanding of historical research and pedagogy, preparing me to effectively guide and inspire students in their own exploration of the past.
Teaching history is not merely about conveying facts and dates; it's about igniting curiosity, fostering critical thinking skills, and cultivating empathy for those who came before us. I believe that understanding history is essential for navigating the present and shaping a better future. In my classroom, I strive to create a dynamic and engaging environment where students feel empowered to question, analyze, and connect historical events to their own lives and the world around them.
